Payment and Billing: Payment for our services is required in advance and is non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of non-payment or fraudulent activity.

Service Interruptions: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, NexNode Hosting cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or continuously available. We are not liable for any interruptions or downtime that may occur.
